Dry Mix
(Whisk together and store in air tight container)
- 4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
Prepare
(8 to 10 pancakes)
- 1 cup of dry mix
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- A few drops of red food coloring (optional)
Mix just until moistened. Cook pancakes on a griddle over medium heat.
